March Rewind

It's APRIL? WHAAAAAA?! But that's okay! That means it's my birthday month. And that it's ALMOST TIME FOR A COURT OF MIST AND FURY.

Mischief & Magnolias by Kristi Cook
Starflight by Melissa Landers
Hunted by Meagan Spooner
A Boy Called Bat by Elana K. Arnold
The Girl Who Was Supposed to Die by April Henry

Reviews

The Shadows We Know by Heart by Jennifer Park: Oh, so lovely.
A Boy Called Bat by Elana K. Arnold: Sweet and tender and fun!
Hunted by Meagan Spooner: A Beauty and the Beast retelling I actually like.
Cashmere by Temple West: May I have book three please?
Tell Me Three Things by Julie Buxbaum: Loved the emails, text messages, and the end.

Book of the Month

While I'll Meet You There had a very addictive quality--as did The Girl Who Was Supposed to Die, for that matter--Hunted was a really good Beauty and the Beast retelling, and Mischief & Magnolias had me hungry more, I'm going with What to Say Next. I wouldn't say I loved the book as a whole, but David. Be prepared to meet one of my favorite characters ever.

Posts

I shared ten authors I very much want to meet and waited on a contemporary that sounds right up my alley.

And two blog tours stopped by: Elana K. Arnold's A Boy Called Bat and Ira Bloom's Hearts & Other Body Parts!

Lastly, to celebrate the new movie, I had a few Beauty and the Beast-themed posts: a very enchanted giveaway and a beautiful and beastly reading list.

Currently Reading

I'm technically in the middle of, like, a dozen books, but I'm not actually reading any of them. I'm sort of limbo right now, since I finished a book yesterday and am trying to figure out what I'm in the mood to read next. I'd like to once again reread The Host, and later in April I'll be rereading A Court of Thorns and Roses and, FINALLY, A Court of Mist and Fury, which I am VERY EXCITED ABOUT.
