July is practically hereee! And you know what that means: ReReadathon and Shelf Sweeper, which I'm hosting with Shae from Shae Has Left the Room, can begin! ALL THE READING, PEOPLE. ALL THE READING. And for all the info and details on RRSS, please go here!
Since the readathon is just about to begin, I am now going to share what I will be tentatively reading for the next thirty-one days...in vlog form!
But in case you don't want to watch the video (hey, I'm awkward), here's a list!
For the ReReadathon portion:
-Stolen: A Letter to My Captor by Lucy Christopher
-The Darkest Powers trilogy (The Summoning, The Awakening, The Reckoning) by Kelley Armstrong
-The Devouring trilogy (The Devouring, Soulstice, Fearscape) by Simon Holt
-The Wereling trilogy (Wounded, Prey, Resurrection) by Stephen Cole
For the Shelf Sweeper portion:
-The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton
-The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater
-Defiance by C.J. Redwine
-Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi
-Hidden by Sophie Jordan
-Diva by Jillian Larkin
-Infinite by Jodi Meadows
-Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo
I maaay be biting off more than I can chew, but I need to get more books read...especially since I'm uber behind on my Goodreads goal. For the most part I'll be devoting July to RRSS books only, aside from a few ARCs and books for book club. Right now, I'm looking at twenty-two books in thirty-one days. I'll guess we'll have to wait and see how it goes, right?
But wait! What about you? Are YOU participating in ReReadathon and Shelf Sweeper and reading lots of books? If so, tell me what you're reading and link up in the linky at the bottom of this post. (And then, brownie points, you're entered in an international giveaway!) Okay, folks. I think that's all! (Again, all the details can be found here.) I'll be back again next week with my first update! In the meantime...get on reading!
Ooh, lots of interesting books lined up for the month! A lot of those on your Shelf Sweeper list are ones that I still haven't read either... hopefully I'll get ahead of myself and I'll be able to add some of those to my list too. But Stolen will be an awesome reread, and I hope you enjoy Ava Lavender! I found it very different but still quite captivating. Good luck and thanks for hosting!
Hi! I'm Rachel, an avid reader and aspiring author who tends to write incoherent-yet-coherent reviews. I love all things bookish and am constantly adding books to my majorly overflowing shelves and TBR pile. Like books, animals and Disney are my own personal brand of heroin. I want to go to Neverland, and my favorite movie is Beauty and the Beast, of course.
Hello, lovelies! As you can see, I got a new template! The problem is that I still need to tweak a lot of it so it fits my blog and looks good and all that, so please be patient as I work to refine it (and forgive the messy state my blog is currently in).
Last Read
One of Us Is Lying by Karen M. McManus: HMMM, not exactly what I had expected.
Currently Reading
I just want to finish a book.
Up Next
What an excellent question; ask my mood when I finish my current read.
