Check It Out: Levitate by Kendra Saunders

We've all had to suffer through the wait of a book's release, especially when it's a part of a series. But what if you read parts of a book and didn't have to wait long for the next part...maybe, say, a week? You could live through that with just enough pain to satiate your masochism, right? Fortunately, I've got something just like that for you: Levitate by Kendra Saunders.

Let me tell you a little about how Levitate came to be before I tell you what it's about. Once every week, Kendra Saunders will share a chapter of the dystopian novella, which she created as a gift to her fans. (Awww, isn't she so sweet?!) Her goal with Levitate? "To thank her fans for their support by providing them a complex female protagonist, a female-friendship driven story, plenty of action, intrigue, mystery and one (or three?) sexy guys, on top of all that."

Oh, and did I mention that Levitate is 100% totally and completely FREE? You can follow this story every week and you don't have to pay to do so! (Well, you probably have to pay for your internet service, but that's not what I'm talking about.)

Levitate is suggested for ages 13+, so it's pretty readable for everyone! The story has already started, but you can learn more and keep up to date by following #Levitatenovella!

Now, I should probably tell you what it's about, right? Well, here you go!

Elise Wilde journeys into the dangerous reality of futuristic city New Canterbury's upper echelon, pretending to be someone she's not in an attempt to steal a much needed medicine for her best friend. She is aided in her deceit by Anders St. Rhys, a mysterious man who drifts in and out of the city's most secret places.

When Elise encounters Jameson Yorke, though, her plan is thrown into chaos. Jameson offers Elise access to everything she's ever wanted, including the antidote her best friend needs... but Jameson is a member of the royal family.

And the royal family is famously, terrifyingly cruel...
