Top Ten Tuesday (29)

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature meme created by The Broke and the Bookish.

This Tuesday's theme is...

Top Ten Rewind:
Top Ten Characters (and Literary Figures) I'd Name My Kids After

There are several names from literary figures or fictional characters that run through my head as possible names for my future children. (How could I not give them literary names?) I know this list isn't all of them, and some are just for the name and not the character, but here are some of my favorites!

HAZEL GRACE
The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
No Grace, no game. Every single time Augustus said "Hazel Grace," I loved it.

FINNICK or ODAIR
Catching Fire and Mockingjay by John Green
I may have a hedgehog named Odair and may have had a pig named Finnick Haymitch.

SCHUYLER
The Blue Bloods Series by Melissa de la Cruz
Okay, so it's supposed to be pronounced like Skylar, but I say it like shull-er.

DIANA
The Luxe Series by Anna Godbersen; The Gone Series by Michael Grant
There's something vintage about this name, and I just love it.

ANNA
Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins; The Newsoul Series by Jodi Meadows
There are several characters--and people--that go by this name, and I've always liked it.

A DESSEN CHARACTER
I CAN'T PICK ONE
Some favorites: Remy, Eli, and Dexter. Maybe even Dessen. (Is that too weird?)

CLAIRE
The Morganville Vampires Series by Rachel Caine
Another older name, and a great character.

AUGUSTUS
The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
BECAUSE. (Spoiler: I might cry every time I think of this kid or say his name though.)

KINGSLEY
The Blue Bloods Series by Melissa de la Cruz
I just love this name.

CULLEN
The Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer
I'm a Twi-hard and I can't help myself!

Have to mention: Jack (Blue Bloods), for it's a name to many awesome characters (Captain Jack Sparrow!), and Sam (Wolves of Mercy Falls), because is there any bad guy named Sam?

What past Top Ten Tuesday topic did you pick this week? Tell me in the comments!
